As CEO of Smycka AB, you will have a multifaceted responsibility where your main task is to move and develop the business to meet the future of commerce. You will lead the work from our support office in Karlstad and serve as a central pillar for the entire chain.

Your focus areas include:

• Strategic growth: Drive profitability and ensure a strategic geographical spread of the store network.
• Digital development: Upgrade and develop our e-commerce to create continued profitability for both stores and the central organization.
• Brand building: Strengthen our own brands and nurture Smycka's position as the first choice for customers and suppliers.
• Operational leadership: Lead and develop the employees at the support office.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with great personal capacity who sees this as your next big step in your career. You are someone who can handle many parallel processes without losing focus or energy. To succeed in this role, we believe you have leadership experience and are used to working in tight, complex organizations where no day is the same as the other. You have experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, and are comfortable with financial analysis, budgeting, and providing well-founded decision-making materials to the board.

As a person, you are a relationship builder who is attentive yet clear, and have a natural ability to create trust with both entrepreneurial-driven owners and external partners. You have experience with business systems and very good knowledge of Swedish and English.

Practical information:

• Location: Support office in Karlstad (the position requires on-site presence).
• Travel: The position involves travel for store visits, fairs, and meetings.
• Requirements: Driver's license.
• Desired start: October 1 or by agreement
